What lease terms do you offer?

3-15 months

Is the community pet-friendly?

Welcomes 2 pets per apartment home. There is a one-time, non-refundable, fee of $300 for one, and $500 total for 2 in addition to a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Our breed restrictions are: Pit Bulls, terriers/staffordshire terriers, rottweilers, chows, presa canarios, akitas, doberman pinschers, alaskan malamutes, wolf-hybrids.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Parking at no extra charge. Garage rentals for $125 per month. Reserved parking spaces $50 per month

Are the apartments furnished?

No – rental furniture can be available for a monthly premium.
